Note: The correlation coefficients (corr coeffs) of all compounds were calculated from a cross-validated PLS-DA model (Q2Ycum = 0.899, a satisfactory model using two components) on day 3 between the control group and model group with or without Herba Cistanches treatment. Additionally, the fold changes were tested by the nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis test. Kw (P) denotes the P values of the test. H = control group, M = model group, D = treatment group. For example, H/M/0 represents the relative fold changes (model to control) at the pre-dose state.
